Relax and enjoy

Relax after a long hike or an intensive day of skiing in our sauna landscape. Besides the classic Finnish sauna we also offer a pleasant bio-sauna with steam.

 
Finnish sauna

A place to harden and sweat through properly. A stay in the Finnish sauna, heated to 80 - 90°C, followed by an ice-cold cooling down and a walk in the fresh air, provides the body with the desired stimulation values to feel fit as a fiddle, healthy and "like new born".

 
Organic sauna

The somewhat gentler way to relax, so it is especially appreciated by women, older or sensitive people and children. Thanks to the temperature of 40 - 50°C and a high air humidity of 40 - 45%, the development of sweat and thus the purification is optimally promoted without putting a great strain on the circulation.

After the sauna you can refresh yourself wonderfully in our adventure shower and relax with a glass of fresh Adelboden water in the relaxation area.

Enjoy the place of physical purification, fatigue, mental relaxation and well-being.
